The wrong email address keeping appearing in Outlook?
There’s a quick fix, no settings required!
How to remove just one wrong email address in Outlook
- Open a new email
- Start typing the person’s name in the 'To' field
- When the incorrect or duplicate email appears:
- Click the X next to it
That’s it. The address won’t show up again and removes any worries about emails going to the wrong person or a person's wrong email address!
