Keeping meetings on track with Microsoft Facilitator

Last week, we attended a three-hour briefing on a new system to help us design a capability programme that supports its adoption. To keep us on track, we tried Microsoft Facilitator!
The time bar created an interesting discussion! Seeing how far through the meeting we were gave everyone that little nudge to stick to the agenda. It was also good having the ability to assign tasks and set due dates right in the meeting. Saving no more “Who’s doing what?” follow-ups at the end.
If you’ve got a Copilot licence, turning Facilitator on is super easy. Our meeting was already scheduled, so we just added the Facilitator button and it worked straight away. To turn on Facilitator during the meeting, join the meeting in Teams, click the three dots (More) in the meeting controls. Select Turn on Facilitator.
Have you used Facilitator yet? What did you think?
Give it a try by adding to your next Team's meeting invite.
