Next to your number 1 key on the keyboard is the magic "tilde" button. Use ctrl + ` to show formulas and ctrl + ` to hide formulas.

What a great timesaver this will be. We could previously do this with a pdf but now we can do it with a scanned pdf as well - magic!

A handy little tip from the Paste options in Excel Copy then Paste and select the Transpose option. It doesn't work if you Cut - only Copy and not next door - select a cell underneath or on a new sheet.
