What are Agents in Teams Channels
We’ve been testing agents in a busy Teams channel where we share updates on Microsoft 365 and Copilot changes.
What we found Agents were automatically summarising the content which we didn't need.
You can turn those agent status reports off. In your Teams channel:
• Click the Agent icon
• Go to Settings
• Select Edit details
• Turn off status reports
For us, it instantly cleaned up the channel and reduced noise.
