Jump into PowerPoint and on the Picture tools ribbon, you'll find the option to 'Crop to Shape'

Once your Word doc is finalised, you'll probably want to 'copy as a pdf' before you forward it on to your client or team. Now it's easy from within OneDrive. Click the three dots next to the File name for more options, go to Automate, and select 'Copy as a PDF' to run the automated flow - it's all set and ready to go, you don't need to do a thing!
