Overwritten a file in OneDrive?

Accidentally saved over a file or made changes you wish you hadn't? Don't worry, OneDrive keeps a version history of your files, making it easy to restore an earlier version.

-Right-click the file in OneDrive or File Explorer
-Select Version history
-Choose the version you want to restore
-Select Restore

Tip: You can open older versions first to check you've found the right one before restoring it.

Version history is a great way to recover important work and gives you peace of mind when collaborating on shared files.
