Slicers are a winning feature in Excel - Slice and Dice data in a simple and user-friendly interface

Use Tables - Ctrl + T Then add Slicers to make filtering easier, finally use the sequential shortcut Alt then A, then C to clear filters. Remember Alt All Clear!

Sometimes you need to manage a large worksheet by hiding data - use the Outlining / Group options to add show/hide buttons to collapse your data when not in use.
