Before you head away for a long weekend - be sure to set your 'Out of Office' up in Outlook. Anytime someone emails you, they will get an automatic reply. You can even set one for Internal emails and another for External replies.

Once your Word doc is finalised, you'll probably want to 'copy as a pdf' before you forward it on to your client or team. Now it's easy from within OneDrive. Click the three dots next to the File name for more options, go to Automate, and select 'Copy as a PDF' to run the automated flow - it's all set and ready to go, you don't need to do a thing!
