How to Add in Shared Mailboxes in the "New Outlook"
Switching from the classic view to the new Outlook can be a bit of a change, but don’t worry! If you need to add a shared mailbox back into your Outlook, follow these easy steps:
Step One: Right click the Account in your Inbox that has the shared mailbox.
Step Two: Click 'Add Shared folder or Mailbox' and enter the email address for the shared mailbox
Step Three: Click Add
You'll find added mailboxes in a new folder called 'Shared with Me' .
