Adding a shared mailbox in the new Outlook is straightforward once you know where to look. These steps should help you get back to managing your shared emails with ease

Go to SharePoint, click into one of your Sites and if you see a 'Teams icon' in the SharePoint site name then a Team site has already been created!

A quick fix for a formatting change. Don't bother with the format painter - next time go to the Home Ribbon > Editing > Select > Select Text with Similar Formatting. Then make your changes - Presto!, All similar text will also be updated throughout the document.
