Have you noticed the 'Clean Data' button in Excel yet?
New way to 'Clean Data' button in Excel!
It’s sitting on the Data tab and it’s far more powerful than it looks.
When you click 'Clean Data', Excel Copilot scans your table and flags common issues such as:
-Inconsistent order numbers or IDs
-Values formatted slightly differently (for example, $12.5 vs $12.50)
-Patterns that don’t quite line up and could cause issues with sorting, filtering, or reporting
Copilot explains what it’s found in plain language and then gives you a simple choice: 'Apply or Ignore'.
If Excel is part of your everyday work, the Clean Data button is well worth a look.
