Are you still creating PowerPoint presentations the long way?

Recently, we downloaded a publicly available PDF, the National Strategy for Financial Capability. It’s 16 pages long, packed with graphics, charts, and detailed information covering strategic approaches and key priorities.

Instead of manually rebuilding this in PowerPoint, we:
-Saved the PDF to OneDrive
-Opened PowerPoint
-Selected the Copilot icon and chose Create a presentation
-Attached the PDF directly from our cloud files (Copilot even recognised it as a recently opened file)

Copilot then:
-Extracted the key ideas from the PDF
-Structured them into slides and sections
-Generated headings, content, and visuals
-Added speaker notes to every slide

Leaving us to review what Copilot suggested, tweak the content, and choose a template. And yes, your organisation can supply its own branded templates too!

Within minutes, Copilot generated a complete presentation with a consistent design, clear key points, relevant images and speaker notes ready to go!
