Microsoft Word is turning 40 and here is our favourite trick to celebrate! Here is how to quickly format text in Microsoft Word. Selecting the Text with Similar Formatting can be made easy, especially handy when you want to change all the headings in a document to a different style, switch a certain font size or even change a footer or header. This can be done by selecting the text in your document that has the formatting you want to change. On the Home tab, click the Editing Group button, Select and Select All with Similar Formatting. Apply a different style or change the formatting for the selected text.

How to save your Signature for use in Microsoft Word.
Never lose your signature or have to create it again! Use an electronic pen to draw your signature. Click Win + Shift to screen capture your signature. Paste into a new page by clicking on Ctrl + V. Go to Insert and save image as a QuickPart. Create new a new Building Block. Insert Quickpart! Now your signature will always be there for you to use!
