How to empower people to use Copilot?

How do you take people on the Copilot journey?
Empower and co-create. People support what they help create. Invite your teams to shape new ways of working with Copilot.
Communicate, Communicate, Communicate. You can’t over-communicate during change. Use multiple channels to keep everyone informed and make it two-way. Create feedback loops, Q&A sessions, and idea-sharing forums. When people feel informed and heard, they’re far more likely to get on board.
Break It Down. Big changes can overwhelm. Wherever possible, roll out in stages. This helps people learn, adapt, and build stories along the journey.
Give Freedom to Adapt. When people can find their own meaning in change, they take ownership. The more they can participate, shape, and own the change, the more they’ll support it.
