Did you know Microsoft Teams can recognise who is speaking in a meeting?

If you use meeting transcripts or recordings, this is a simple but often overlooked setting that can make a real difference.

In our short video below, Kelly shows how to set up your Voice profile in Microsoft Teams. It only takes about 30 seconds and is completely optional.

A voice profile helps Teams:
-Identify who is speaking in meeting transcripts
-Reduce background noise with voice isolation

You are always in control. You can choose not to set it up, or delete your profile at any time from Settings.

You can also set up Face profiles, mainly used in Teams Rooms so your name appears automatically when you enter the room.

If your organisation relies on transcripts or hybrid meetings, this is well worth enabling.
