How to stop your Chats in Teams from sending send when you press 'Enter'?
You can change this! Choose what the 'Enter' key does when you’re typing a chat message:
-Enter sends the message (this is the default), or
-Enter starts a new line in your Chat
Where to find this setting in Microsoft Teams
-Open Microsoft Teams
-Click the three dots (⋯) next to your profile picture or initials (top right)
-Select Settings
-Go to Chats and channels
-Look for “When writing a message, press Enter to…”
Choose:
-Send the message, or
-Start a new line
