What does done-with-you mean in practice?

We share screens and you do the clicking and typing while we direct. It's set up in your accounts, you use it between calls, and next month we build on top of it. Between calls you ask questions in your Teams channel. Done-for-you leaves you dependent on the vendor. Done-with-you leaves you with the working set-up and the skill.

Is this a managed service or an implementation project?

No. We don't take your admin or your marketing away and run it for you. You get the direction and the exact path, and we walk it together so your business owns the set-up and the skill. You are not buying a deliverable. You are learning to run this yourself.

Whatever is costing you the most time or money. Common projects: getting your files into a SharePoint structure Copilot can actually use, automatic follow-up on quotes and enquiries, meeting notes and actions that write themselves, a Copilot agent that answers staff questions from your own procedures, client emails and content in your voice, and the monthly report done in Copilot in Excel.

I've already got Copilot. Why isn't it doing this already?

Because Copilot only knows what it can see, and it doesn't know your business until your information is organised and you've been shown how to ask. That's most of month one.

Why not just book a few hourly sessions?

Hourly is right when you have one problem and need a plan. The Concierge is different: we hold your context between calls, each one builds on the last, and improvements compound instead of restarting. A strategy session ends with a roadmap. A Concierge month ends with something running.

Why are spots limited?

Do I need to be technical?

No. Almost everything we set up runs in the Microsoft 365 you already use, and we walk you through it in plain English, click by click. Where something needs a developer or a proper project, we say so and scope it clearly.

Does my team get access?
